In the summary table of Chapter 14 Oct 04, beside fn:namespace-uri:

"Returns the namespace URI as an xs:string from the xs:QName..."
should be
"Returns the namespace URI as an xs:anyURI from the xs:QName..." (or 
omit "as an xs:anyURI" as URI is implied)
