Correction of Computed Attribute Constructors section in WD 29 October 2004

Dear XQuery people,

I think in section 3.7.3.2 Computed Attribute Constructors of Working
Draft 29 Oktober 2004 one sentence should be added.

To enumeration item 3 of "name expression" the sentence 
	"If conversion of the atomized name expression to an expanded
QName is not 	successful, a dynamic error is raised. [err:XQ0074]"
should be added. (Taken from "name expression" of Computed Element
Constructors)

If you agree, the description of XQ0074 should be change to express,
that this error can also occur during processing of computed *attribute*
constructors.

If you don't agree: What should be done, if the conversion of an
atomized name expression fails?
