RE: DNXSLT01: XSLT 2.0 10.3.1 -- Reserved namespace declaration m issing in examples

Thanks for pointing this out: I'll fix it. Currently, none of the examples
in the XSLT 2.0 spec have been tested, but this is something I hope to
correct.
