F&O: fn:remove() description

Dear WG,

The F&O last call draft description of fn:remove (15.1.13) contains the
phrase "no action is taken".  This makes no sense.  Functions never take
actions, they only return values.  I assume you mean to say "the
function returns the value of $target".  I suggest changing the
description accordingly.
