F&O Reference to "xs:unsignedInteger"

Sections 17.3 and 17.6 make reference to a type xs:unsignedInteger,
which doesn't exist.  I assume it should be xs:unsignedInt, although
section 17.3 already lists xs:unsignedInt separately.
