Data Model - Wrong Namespace name in 2

The namespace URIs given in Chapter 2 of the Data Model WD for the Functions 
and Operators namespaces are incorrect and do not correspond to the URIs 
given in 1.5 of Functions and Operators.

They require to be updated, in my view.
