http://validator.w3.org:8001/validator.tar.gz and
http://validator.w3.org:8001/sgml-lib.tar.gz still point to the 0.6.5b1
ones.

Could someone who has done it before, roll & update those tarballs for
0.6.5b2 (and preferably, add the script to do that in CVS somewhere)?  I
would like to use a "real release tarball" for the validator RPM instead
of a self-made-from-CVS-checkout one.
