I think the big thing we need to make sure of is that we don't put in 
requirements that make supporting 0.3 subscribers and hubs impossible.

I'd really like to see 0.3 features like Atom and RSS diffs, sync 
subscription, publisher-to-hub communication, and so forth /deprecated/ 
instead of /removed/.

I should be able to read the 0.4 spec and understand that that stuff 
exists and know how to handle it.

I realize that that means a more complex spec, but I think that's a 
trade-off we have to make.
