Evan Ok, I see what you mean, and I agree with you. The subscribers which implement 0.4 should make sure they also implement 0.3 if they want to subscribe to feeds that support 0.4... and Hubs that implement 0.4 should also make sure they stay compatible with 0.3 susbcribers. but I believe this is only an implementation issue... not a protocol issue.
