My problem is that we've got thousands of StatusNet PuSH 0.3 hubs and 
subscribers deployed around the web. For StatusNet, we'll need to either 
ignore 0.4, or upgrade and leave all those other deployments behind.

I would like to see the following cases handled:

  * A PuSH-0.3-aware subscriber should be able to subscribe successfully
    to feed with a PuSH-0.4 hub.
  * A PuSH-0.4-aware subscriber should be able to subscribe successfully
    to a feed with a PuSH-0.3 hub.

I'll go through the document and issues to make sure we've got those 
covered.
