I don't wish to speak for Dave, but I know that he presented about Print CSS at XML Prague today. I assume that he downloaded this when he had a few minutes to spare and will take a closer look when he returns from his travels.

A number of the pages do not show results, though the number said to have answered is non-zero.  Is this explainable?
