I think a meeting on the 24th is a good idea and I think that we should plan to pilot the survey by the end of Jan. to our own smaller circles and target the first week of Feb. for an initial English release. That should get us at least a decent sampling of responses by Feb. 24.

Just a quick note before I go offline for today.
For having a productive meeting on Feb 24, it would be good to have some responses from survey available.
Without getting some hint of what the community wants, we may end up going in circles again.
