Hi Ivan, Thank you so much for pulling this together so quickly. I have a call with DAISY on Friday to sort out logistics and next steps. We will make changes as needed and may ask you to make some changes. Thanks, Tzviya Tzviya Siegman Information Standards Lead Wiley 201-748-6884 tsiegman@wiley.com<mailto:tsiegman@wiley.com> From: Ivan Herman [mailto:ivan@w3.org] Sent: Monday, August 27, 2018 10:31 AM To: Siegman, Tzviya <tsiegman@wiley.com>; Rachel Comerford <rachel.comerford@macmillan.com> Cc: W3C Publishing Steering Committee <public-publishing-sc@w3.org> Subject: Web page for the fundraising Tzviya, Rachel, I have picked up the google doc and created a page for the fundraising: https://www.w3.org/publishing/epubcheck_fundraising This is, essentially, a verbatim copy of what was on google doc (after some conversion from Google's awful HTML…). I guess there are a number of things that require update, questions that should be answered… - are the sponsorship levels final? - the text says "we anticipate a total ask of up to US$150,000 [check that]", ie, it has to be checked:-) - there is a header on "Who is managing the work" but that still has to be decided. Or is it Luc & Tzviya for now? - the last entry on more information had Brian on the text, but I presume that is not the case; I have put Tzviya for now... - we discussed on the call that there should be some sort of a form to fill with the expression of interest. I can set up a W3C form, with the visibility of the form set to the SC as a whole. Another possibility is to use a Google Form. But I am not sure what types of data we want there… Can you tell me? The page is not linked from any other page, so it is relatively invisible for now, which I think is o.k. Also, it is on github (of course, what did you expect?:-)[1], meaning that you can also give pull requests with your changes if you prefer.
