RE: agenda+ for Friday

Hi Ivan,

That’s who I’ve been talking to. I attended the MDN session at TPAC last year, and I’ve been in contact with Dom about including EPUB on MDN since then. The MDN board recently made a decision to allow documentation for specs that are not strictly browser-based, which would include EPUB. The SC needs to discuss whether we have the resources.

Since a few months, Dominique Hazaël-Massieu (alias 'dom') is on their "board" (or something similar) representing W3C. If we go down that line, we should contact him.

Mozilla Developers Network aka "MDN" is the primary source for
documentation on all open web platform technologies. We've had some
initial discussions with them about including documentation for EPUB
on their platform, as it's the place most people go first when trying
to learn about web tech. And they have nice templates :)

Hi,

I think this is the Mizzla Developers Network, and I would need to have the relationship explained.

Sorry but I don't know what MDN means in this context.

Hi All,

There are several items that I would like to see on the agenda for Friday:

Final decision and announcement for epubcheck proposals
Fundraising next steps
Discussion about EPUB + MDN (Rachel, Dave, and Tzviya have been in contact with MDN)

Thanks,

Tzviya
