Re: staging: prov-aq, prov-xml and prov-overview

Thanks Paul, I couple of issues

prov-aq sotd: can you remove [prov-aq] and say (this document) instead.

prov-overview: likewise, remove [prov-overview] and remove
the sentence "please consult [prov-overview] for a guide to reading 
these documents".
