RE: Responses to CR public comments

Paul,

The responses look fine to me. I note one small thing:

In the response to ISSUE-611 (PROV-CONSTRAINT Test Cases), there is nothing under "Changes to the document:". I suggest putting "Please see the list of changes listed under 'Feedback on individual test cases' above."
