Prov+xml?: maybe: I think it's more likely to be handled sensibly by a generic XML handling application. Unspecified? I guess application/xml not something that clients should ask for if they are specifically looking for provenance information. For example, there's no mention of suggestion to use generic XML MIME type in PROV-AQ.
