Re: prov-family serializations

Some comments on https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/prov/raw-file/default/provenance/prov-family.ttl

I did not check the attributions. 
I focused on the dictionary, revisions, specializations, and pub activities.
I checked the chain of prov-o revision URIs. It suits what is on W3C's cite.

1)

The namespace for foaf is incorrect:

@prefix foaf: <http://xmlns.com/foaf/spec/> .

it should be:

http://xmlns.com/foaf/0.1/

2)

There does not seem to be a revision asserted from
