In the RDF/XML, notice the repeated comment:

and the repeating comments:

The descriptions of <http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#> are maintained at https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/prov/file/c32dd7d25a6a/namespace/prov.owl, which is the template that my namespace concatenation code uses.

prov-aq is currently missing because https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/prov/file/c32dd7d25a6a/namespace/prov-aq.owl is not RDF/XML.
