PROV-DM check part 1

Luc, Paolo,

As requested in the telecon, I have been checking the PROV-DM for minor errors. I have reached up to Section 5.2, but I'm afraid I will only be able to complete the task tomorrow.

In case this is a problem, I note the few typos I've found up to this point:

Section 2.2.1.2, paragraph above Example 12:
  "There exist no prescriptive requirement" -> "requirements"

Section 2.3, Table 3:
  "about relations linking entities referring the same thing" -> "referring to the same thing"

Section 4.1:
  Figure 2 shows activity edit1 to have "type=editing", but the PROV-N in the text says "type=edit"

No broken links were found.
