I have made significant updates to the PROV-XML HTML Note draft in mercurial.  

The latest copy is available at https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/prov/raw-file/5c41683a82bb/xml/prov-xml.html.  

There is an error being raised from respec.js that we are working on (Processing error: TypeError: h is null) and not all content is showing up when viewed in Chrome (I am not sure if this is connected with the previously mentioned error).  The document appears to contain all content in Safari and Firefox.
