Re: PROV-ISSUE-231 (TLebo): Remove owl:Time from prov-o [Ontology]

I thought it was more like an example rather than "forcing" to use owl:Time
ontology.

In fact in the document we say: "this class *can* be re-used from the OWL
Time ontology"...
