Hi prov-o team, ISSUE-84, ISSUE-262, and ISSUE-263 can be closed. They are addressed by the current document. Regarding ISSUE-268, irrespective of the two-level ontology suggested originally, it would be good to decide whether there will be an attempt to define constraints (such as in prov-dm-constraints) in a separate ontology (or even the current one, if it's feasible) or in some form of rule language, or other.
