PROV-ISSUE-167 (TLebo): What is a "normal web resource"? [Accessing and Querying Provenance]

http://www.w3.org/2011/prov/track/issues/167

Raised by: Timothy Lebo
On product: Accessing and Querying Provenance

What is "normal web resource" as opposed to "abnormal" web resources in:

http://dvcs.w3.org/hg/prov/raw-file/default/paq/provenance-access.html

2. Accessing provenance information

"When publishing provenance as a normal web resource, the provenance-URI should be discoverable using one or more of the mechanisms described in section 3. Locating provenance information. "

Thanks,
Tim
