regrets for telecon 8/18, 8/25, and stakeholder questionnaire status update

I regret that I will be unable to attend the telecon this week or next week.

Helena and I have put together a form for the 2nd stakeholder questionnaire which should be available at http://bit.ly/o7nR4n.

I would like it reiterate the request for feedback on communities or persons we can share the questionnaire with once it goes 'live'.  So far we have had no suggestions on the wiki or via direct email.  It is important that we expose this questionnaire to as many stakeholders as possible as a means of opening a dialog with potential implementors.
