You did not miss an earlier notice. You can blame me for missing that the
usual earlier notice did not go out and then sending one out at the 11th
hour. Sorry about that.

Expect the "mark your calendars" email for January's call to be out soon,
with another reminder (with agenda) in (proper) advance of the call date.
