New editor's draft

Hi all,

Based on last week's conference call, and comments made on this list since the announcement of the last draft, I have now updated the draft here:

Note, I've also changed:
to simply point to the various version.

Also, the examples and the use cases are included via javascript.  The example file was updated and thus will appear to be the new one in the old draft.  The use cases are hacked in from the wiki for now.  The whole file will be static at the time of publication.

For future comments, please try to find a suitable issue from the tracker [1] and if there is no thread on it, feel free to start one, including the issue number via stating "ISSUE-X" in the body or subject.  Thank you!
