Extended Relations

The “Extended Relations” requirement [1] was accepted at TPAC pending additional use cases - and is a significant change to the ODRL Information Model.

The current description [2] has been added (taken from the Community Group report).

For Reference, ODRL V1.1 handled these relations be defining a new parent container element [3] (in the XML days).
