Re the definitions of the obligation property (2.5.4), duty property (2.5.5) and remedy property (2.5.7) As outlined in https://github.com/w3c/poe/issues/221#issuecomment-324763276 the evaluation of the Duty rules is inconsistent. I suggest to follow simple evaluation rules: * for Active/Not-Active of Permission, Prohibition and Duty only the status Active/Not-Active of property values is relevant * for the evaluation of results of these three classes the Active/Not-Active state of this instance is relevant and the results of property values.
