Regrets, stuck in other meeting but would like to add comment on item:

4. Issue 741: Removing required automatic name computation on links (Group did not agree on the list. Recommend closing or moving to ARIA 2.0)

Personally I think this should use the same Alt Text Computation as Button and related interactive element roles, such as are documented at
http://whatsock.com/training/matrices/visual-aria.htm#alternative-text-calculation

A Link without a name doesn't make sense to me.
