RE: Face-to-face in Europe in July?

Hi, to clarify, I'm not being facetious in asking this.

Since I need to justify a budget for setting this up, I need to know whether this is going to be a worthwhile endeavor in advance.

I'm sure it will be for the HTML WG, but if the ARIA WG won't be attending beyond the capacity of drop-in members where little is intended to really be discussed, I'm not sure if I can do so. Unfortunately it's not likely that I'll be able to attend the meetings in Japan as an alternative.

So if anybody can clarify what is intended for the ARIA meeting in Spain, that would be great.

I will not be attending a face to face in Europe in July. The aria task force did not plan to do this either.

I will be in Sapporo though as will Cynthia Shelly, Joanie, and possibly Dominic Mazzoni.

First, we have a confirmed venue and dates - but it's 8 - 10 July.

The idea being that you nominally get 8 july for ARIA, but we can be flexible about how we organise our time overall.

It will be in Zaragoza, Spain, and there is a preliminary Wiki page up: https://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/HTML/wiki/Meetings/HAT2015-zaragoza

Please note that this is not the only face to face meeting this year - there will be one at TPAC, in Sapporo Japan, 26-30 October, and if you have to choose we request that you go to that one, where there is a chance to interact with many other W3C groups as well.
