In response to feedback and per discussion in today's editor's meeting, I have made the following changes to the Authoring Practices Guide publication branch. All changes are editorial; no changes to the guidance provided in the document were made. 1. All editor's notes about the status of sections and examples were converted to standard notes using the note class so they will be more prominent. 2. Added missing status note to sections for menu and menubutton.
