Where to submit Firefox bugs relating to SVG and the Accessibility API?

Hi, I'm working on the SVG bug from earlier this week, but am not sure where this should be filed and under which product.

As with most projects in Mozilla, we use Bugzilla<https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Bugzilla> for bug and issue status tracking. You can file bugs to bugzilla<https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/> when you found bugs - we have a separate product for Firefox OS<https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Firefox%20OS>, which contains components for topics falling under Gaia<https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Firefox_OS/Platform/Gaia>, Gonk<https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Firefox_OS/Platform/Gonk> and Gecko<https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Gecko>.

So is the first one the right one, or the second?
