Note however that the IndieUI Events specification should help to solve this problem by allowing the UA or the AT to provide uniform commands in such cases, irrespective of the input device.

Meanwhile, though, the above-described functionality would still be useful as an interim solution while we await the implementation of IndieUI Events.
