Group, I took an action today to review this spec. It wasn't terribly long, so I went through it. In general it is well written and makes sense given my (limited) knowledge of the state of DNT headers. While the draft discusses User Interface, it makes no specific requirements on the UI associated with configuring nor querying a user's DNT preferences. Consequently, I do not feel that the specification has any accessibility issues at this time. It is possible that in the future, as user agents start to implement DNT, there will be revisions to this specification. If so, and if user experience has revealed that there *should* be some guidance as to how the user interface manifests, there may be a need for us to examine it again.
