Wrong references in Media Accessibility User Requirements Checklist

Hi Protocols and Formats Working Group,

Not sure if you're planning to update it later on, in which case you may ignore that message, but the Checklist at the end of the Media Accessibility User Requirements document (appendix A) does not seem entirely aligned with the rest of the document. In particular:

1. It lists secondary device requirements with an "MD-x" reference but the document actually uses "SD-x".
2. The link labels to UAAG should be "4.1.x" instead of "2.1.x", I think.
3. The header links to the requirements are broken. The header label for secondary device requirements is not the same as the section header. It should be "Requirements on secondary screens and other devices" instead of "Requirements on the parallel use of alternate content on potentially multiple devices in parallel"
