role=group as child of role=list

role=list says required child elements are role=group and  
role=listitem. However, details of how the grouping is supposed to  
work syntactically or in terms of processing is not defined. The spec  
just says "Therefore, proper handling of group by assistive  
technologies must be determined by the context in which it is provided."
