grammar rules in Bliss

I thought the group should have easy access to the http://www.blissymbolics.org/images/bliss-rules.pdf (including grammar). It makes it clear how to add 



I am not sure we can govern what concatenation there is , as it is language dependent. Maybe we should just follow/reference there rules



SHould we ask if we can store a copy in our github ? (we would need to confirm the accessibility)
