Re: New resource: Authenticators and SPC

Dear WPWG,

We introduced this document at today’s WPWG call [1]. In response to suggestions during the call I have updated the status section of the document to clarify the following:

* To make suggestions to improve the document, please use a pull request in the repo.
* To provide input to help prioritize which authenticators should next be enabled for SPC, please send suggestions on this issue:
