Payments apps task force canceled on 7 September

Hi all,

I don’t have any pressing agenda items and so propose to cancel the 7 September call.

Meanwhile, AdamR plans to revise the jsapi proposal and we are preparing for discussion of the
payment app spec at TPAC.

Next call planned: 14 September.
