ACTION REQUIRED: Payment Method Identifiers

Hi all,

There was a breakout session on Payment Method Identifiers on day two of
the face to face that spilled out to the pub afterwards.

I believe that the outcome was some consensus on a way forward at least to
put a proposal together.

Please can this group put that proposal forward by Tuesday next week so
that we can discuss on the call next Thursday.

I don't have a formal record of who was in that breakout but would
appreciate if Zach, AdrianB and Matt (who I know were involved) could
co-ordinate this or volunteer to take the action of writing up a proposal.
