Draft of PaymentRequest Registration Doc Available

Hi all -

Most of you are sitting in the same room right now listening to Adrian
speak. If I may bug you for a moment, we published a first draft a
proposal/explainer for how payment app registration could work on the the
web with PaymentRequest. You can view it here:

I suspect substantial changes and discussion around this, but wanted to get
it out sooner rather than later.
