At the last telecon we agreed to add a new standard annotation property for referring to axiom names. I picked the name owl:axiomID, which probably does need WG approval, but I couldn't think of a better name. peter PS: I would point to the minutes from the meeting but I can't find them anywhere, not even the semi-processed chat log.
