Implemented Resolution on LC-Comment 16 ("lexical value") in RDF-Based Semantics

Hi!

LC-Comment 16 [1] was about the use of the term "lexical value" in our documents for the members of a datatype's lexical space. 

Our resolution [2] at F2F5 was to change the term to "lexical form" in accordance with OWL 1 and RDF.

I have implemented these changes in the RDF-Based Semantics. See the diff at [3].
