minutes of 17 September teleconference

Hi:

Near the end of the teleconference this week there was an exchange
between Alan and Michael Schneider.  I couldn't catch what Michael
said.  I looked in the minutes, but the exchange doesn't appear to have
shown up there.  

Can anyone reconstruct the exchange for me?
