Re: new drafts

Syntax had three problems with missing anchors, which I hope I have
fixed.

Semantics and XML link check, except for the duplicate abstract anchor,
introduced somewhere during the translation process.

Mapping and Syntax complain about the short ToC stuff, as well as the duplicate
abstract anchor.
