The first part of the minutes is hard to read, I think because of problems with determining who the scribe was. It would be very useful to fix that. There appears to be some missing stuff right at the beginning (see Bijan's first IRC comment) and some jokes that aren't marked out as such (see Rinke's first IRC comment). The minutes do not state that the previous minutes were accepted. There appear to be some missing section delimiters (e.g., for accepting the previous minutes). Some subsections are sections (e.g., Agenda amendments?). There are a bunch of dangling pointers (e.g., Action132). The action to "edit langed literal document" shows up three (or four) times, some of which are in the wrong subsection. The discussion on issue 123 doesn't make sense - what are people agreeing to?
