I tried to move the document to the WG Wiki at
	http://www.w3.org/2007/OWL/wiki/Primer
but something in the Wiki processing breaks the active parts of the
document. I'm not sure how to proceed, as I know very little about the
inner brokenness of Wiki systems.

Meanwhile, the current version of the Primer can (as usual) be found at
	http://www.webont.org/owl/documents/primer.html
This should do for the current purposes of the WG.
