January.  Nothing links to it.

I noticed the page from the recent change page.

The page starts:

  Please record the places where you are doing OWL publicity, or want
  someone else to do it.

I'm confused as to whether this is supposed to be just publicizing the
WG publications or general publicity related to the WG, e.g., talks on
OWL 1.1 or the WG activities.
