DatatypeRestriction in semantics WD allows only one facet. A bug?

Hi!

Table 2 of the semantics WD [1] has the following entry for
DatatypeRestrictionS, which only receives a single facet and value as its
arguments:

   DatatypeRestriction(DR f v)

   the n-ary relation over ?D obtained 
   by applying the facet f with value v
   to the data range DR as specified in 
   [XML Schema Datatypes] 

But in the RDF mapping WD [2], in tables 2 and 5, DatatypeRestrictions can
have arbitrarily many facets.

Is this a (editorial) bug?
